Tall bedroom,
Grandmother walls blue in shadow,
Tin roof rain,
White noise of childhood sleep.
Gardenias deep
Upon the windowsill,
Caress the air with their wet
Perfume,
And make rest all the sweeter.

I write little poems; sometimes, I read them aloud.
This is a beautiful poem. More, please! With love, Geoffrey
